The Turkey Trot Workout

Happy Thanksgiving!!
Since I know you are crazy busy during the holidays, I am posting a quick, 10-15 minute workout you can do. All you need is some dumbbells and a turkey!
This workout contains some strength and cardio activities, so I packed a lot into a short workout.
